The next generation of company documents

The best of your AI conversations, in a page your team can rely on.

Turn work from Claude, ChatGPT and Codex into shareable documents, with sources and reusable methods that build your company’s knowledge.

From an AI session to reusable knowledge

It starts in the chat.

Turn useful exchanges with Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex into knowledge your team can find and reuse.

Audit the account-creation funnel for the last 30 days. Compare Google SSO, email + password, verification, and recovery. Keep user details private.

Mapped the account-creation paths and source systems

I’ll check the sources, compare the signup paths and keep the evidence with the recommendation.

Matched delivery logs to verification returns

15,520 users received the verification email but never completed verification. That is a 40% loss after confirmed delivery and the largest controllable leak in the signup funnel.

Delivery failures matter, but they are not the main constraint. The return path, link context, and reminder behavior deserve the next intervention.

Condensed the investigation into a reproducible decision

Key finding: Password verification is the signup funnel’s largest controllable leak.

Decision: fix the verification return path before redesigning Google SSO. Keep recovery separate, preserve the query jobs, and revalidate the result after the intervention.

The problem:Your company is paying for AI work it cannot reuse.

  • A useful answer stays in chat

One person does the work. The rest of the team never sees the result.

  • The reasoning gets lost

The sources, checks, and decisions stay buried in that conversation.

  • The next teammate starts from scratch

They repeat the research instead of building on what was already learned.

A board update, a client proposal, a post-mortem: work your team would otherwise leave in a chat.

Example 1 of 8.

Your page. Your final say.

Edit the document, check what changed, and give your team something they can confidently use.

Smart Save looks for inconsistencies

After you save, Valha looks for inconsistencies across the page. It suggests corrections and flags questions it cannot settle. You decide what to accept.

A page built to be read.

The essentials at a glance
Clear headings, a visible conclusion and room to read. Your reader understands the outcome without retracing the conversation.
Sources within reach
Numbers, references and caveats sit alongside the conclusion. Readers can dig into what interests them and check what matters.
Visuals to explore
Interactive charts, tables, maps and images give the result shape. Readers can explore the data right in the page.
Designed for reading comfort
Research on reading on screen guides our line length choices. Clear hierarchy and generous spacing complete a layout designed for comfort.

Each problem solved makes the next one easier.

Keep the steps, tools and checks that worked in a Blueprint. Your team can reuse, adapt and improve it with each new case. That is how the value compounds: each person’s work gives everyone a better starting point.

One teammate does great work.

They compare the right things, question the numbers and document what worked.

BLUEPRINT · REPEATABLE METHOD

Their method becomes a Blueprint.

Campaign review: a method to use again.

  • Compare the channels against the same goal.
  • Check the sources and explain the limits.
  • Write the recommendation for the next launch.

The next teammate starts ahead.

  • A new hire asks better questions.
  • Another team reuses the checks.
  • The next review builds on the last.

Add Valha to your assistant. Then ask it to save.

Pick the assistant you use and follow the highlighted clicks. Once Valha is installed, say “save this in Valha” and the work becomes a page your team can read.

Valha is listed in Claude’s plugin directory. Plugins need a paid Claude plan: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Add Valha once and it follows your account into chat, Cowork and Claude Code.

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Plugins, and search for Valha under Discover.

    Open in Claude
  2. Choose + on Valha. Claude adds its skills and its connector.

  3. Open Valha from Yours, then its Connectors tab. Choose Connect and sign in with your Valha account.

On the Free plan, or the sign-in window never opens?

Connect Valha without the plugin: in Customize, open Connectors, choose Add custom connector, name it Valha and paste this URL.

What leaves the session, and what does not.

Valha does not monitor private conversations or rank employees. Any organization-level view would stay private and use only the work people deliberately publish.

You choose what to share
Choose what your assistant sends to Valha and who can read the page. Creating a page and making it public are separate actions.
Access you can revoke
Your assistant connects through OAuth and acts within your account’s permissions. You can revoke the connection in your account settings.
Canvas code runs in isolation
Interactive Canvas code runs in a sandbox, without direct access to your Valha session or calls to external services.

The questions that matter before you publish.

Keep your conversations private. Share what moves the team forward.

Why not just share the chat?

A chat leaves the next person to find the conclusion, sources, and decisions. Valha turns the useful result into a page people can read, check, and build on, without exposing the private session behind it.

Will my whole AI conversation be shared?

No. You choose what your assistant sends to Valha and who can read the page: everyone, people with its link, or your workspace. Your private conversation stays private.

What is a Blueprint, and when should we make one?

A Blueprint keeps the repeatable method, including its steps, tools, checks, and caveats, separate from the original case. You create it deliberately when the approach is worth repeating; an authorized assistant can then find it for the next task.

Can we edit a page after AI creates it?

Yes. Edit the page directly, then save when it is ready. Smart Save reviews the saved page privately and suggests corrections or questions; you decide what to apply.

How do we start, and which assistants work?

Start with the AI workflow you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex can connect to Valha. Create an account, authorize the connection, and ask your assistant to turn a useful result into a page; no document migration is required. Your organization’s connector policy and your assistant plan determine availability.

How does pricing work?

Solo is free, for individual creation and sharing. The Team launch price is €15 per user per month billed annually, or €19 billed monthly. Enterprise is quoted. Paid Team and Enterprise offers are being introduced through founder-led pilots before general availability.

Your next analysis could move the whole team forward.
